They just found out that she has amyloidosis, but aren't sure of cause or prognosis at this time. It is (can be) very deadly and they are very much in need of serious prayer!!!

ReplyDeleteDear God and Your whole entourage, please pray for me. I do not know what is happening. I have carried a big load with mom sick with Alzheimer's (sole caregiver- multiple hats) taxes etc. and now that it is all handable I have no energy to even go to a movie. a few months back I was multi-tasking laundry, shopping, bills, etc... I have been burned out before. but now everything is easier and yet, I lost desire for life. Please help. I have and do take average anti-depressants. But, I just, I guess resigned to the fact that mom is better than a few months back, but, it takes some much energy to move her, motivate her etc.. she is bedbound. I hope I make sense. Please pray for me and caregivers present, past or future in similar circumstances - which is best described as having a baby and taking care all day and night. thank you!

Lord,grant me good digestion and something to digest;a healthy body and the necessary humus to maintain it. Grant me a simple soul to know the treasures of all that is good and is not easily frightened by evil but rather finds the means to put things back in their place. Grant me no boredom or grumbling ,sighs or laments because of that obstructing thing called "I". ReplyDeletePlease pray for my ‘daughter’ who was successfully recovering from drug addiction and a very bad life style. She has recently met an old drug buddy who she thinks she is in love with. He is isolating her from her friends, church, and me.
