Man-made Earthquake and Weather Technology

The technology for weather and earthquake control was developed by Bernard Eastlund (1938-2007). He was a physicist who built on the radio wave technology of Nicola Tesla (1856-1943), a scientist who created numerous patents in the first half of the twentieth century.  .  The technology for man-made earthquakes and weather control exists today and is being used by the United States in a program called HAARP, which stands for "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program". Many other countries have their own versions of electromagnetic and radio wave technology.

This 12 minute audio clip explains how it works.  To hear the whole interview, click on the link underneath the video.
